He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Christy Proctor (Scot) of Mt and Donna Kitchen (Steven) of Collierville; his grandchildren, Mark Proctor, Cara Proctor, Peyton Kitchen and Landon Kitchen; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Scott, Jr. of Oakland.
