He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray Canady, Sr. and Peggy Vickers Canady; and his brother Michael Canady. He is survived by: his wife Terrye Canady of Oakland, TN; his children, Brandy Kirkpatrick (Kyle) of Moscow, TN and Billy Ray Canady III (Brittany) of Oakland, TN; his sisters, Vicky Benson (George) and Belinda Markle; his grandchildren, Kaleb Kirkpatrick (Lacey) of Moscow, TN, Kooper Kirkpatrick of Moscow, TN, Waylon Brogdon of Oakland, TN and Dixie Canady of Oakland, TN; and his goddaughter Cheyenne Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel (10670 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
