He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Bailey and Lucille Bailey; and his siblings, Bond Bailey, Rick Bailey and Joann Magurn.

He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Kim Cochran (Lee) of Long Beach, MS, Doug Bailey (Diane) of Bartlett, TN, Roland Bailey (Nadine) of Memphis, TN, Cindy Schmitz of Memphis, TN and Stephanie Kennedy (Billy) of Bolivar, TN; the mother of his children Sally Bailey; and his stepdaughter Sande Lollis (Jeff) of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by grandfather with 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
