She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred M. Brown and Jessie Mae Moak Brown; her husband Bill Worthy; her son James Steven Moak; and her siblings, Mae Opal Wallace, Peggy Joyce Brown, Parnell Brown and Landel P. Brown.
She is survived by: her son Michael W. Moak (Lynne) of Eads, TN; her grandchildren, Seth Moak, Taylor Moak and Sarah Moak; and her sister Georgia Mendonides of McComb, MS.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
