She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Starks and Christine Massey Starks. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Ray Smith; her children, Christy Lee Sullivan and Edward Ray Smith; her grandchildren, Janie Leigh Davis (Jason) and Noel Tipler (Karen); and her sister Vivian Louise England (Leslie). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
