He was predeceased by: his father Ellis John Turner; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Maxine Grooms. He is survived by: his wife Connie Grooms Turner of Oakfield; his sons, Robert William Turner Jr. and Joseph Ellis Turner; his grandchildren, Lillian Grace Turner, Mae Elizabeth Turner and Ellis William Turner; his sister Sharon Cugino; his brother-in-law Greg Cugino; his brother David Turner; his uncle Lee of New Jersey; and his aunt Carolyn Turner of New Jersey.
