With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Johnston of Oakfield, Tennessee, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Curtis Wood; her husband Phil Johnston; her daughter-in-law Scarlett Pickens Johnston; and her brother James Curtis Wood, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Greg Johnston (Shelley) and Laura Balcunas (Joey) of Medina, TN; her grandchildren, Claire Johnston of Jackson, TN, Rachel Johnston of Oakfield, TN, Jonathan Balcunas of Medina, TN and Jillian Balcunas of Medina, TN; and her sisters, Mary Janette "Janie" Wood and Kay Wood Duck. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Jackson Baptist Church.
