He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Scarbrough and Delta Scarbrough; his siblings, Gene Scarbrough, Bill Scarbrough (Joy) and Peggy Johnson (Millard); his wife Vera Whaley Scarbrough; his children, Todd Scarbrough (Lisa), Meredith Scarbrough Bell and Kennedy; his sister Jacqueline Langley; his sister-in-law Christine Scarbrough; his nieces and nephews, Stephen Cantrell (Lynn), Freida Bennett (Bob), Sharon McBay (Steve), Doug Langley (Debbie), Carl Scarbrough (Krystal), Richard Johnson (Angie), Phillip Johnson, Lisa Kilgore, Susie Johnson, Kim Scarbrough Robinson, Carlos Healy (Margie), Vera Pugh, Rory Foster (Kelly), Bryan Foster (Lana), Kevin Foster (Beverly), Connie Conley and John Edde; and also, Haley, Scout and Riley. He was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
