She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spence Wakefield and Dorothy Marie Wakefield (Taylor); her siblings, Barbara Ann Gamble Axmacher and George "Dan" Daniel Gamble; and her niece Kellie Denise Branson Clark.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, James, Danna Axmacher, Michael Gamble, Angie Gamble Reynolds and Karleen Briley Gamble.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to any animal shelter of your choice in Patricia's name and if you care to do so the family would like a card or notification that you have made a donation so they can thank you personally.
