He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Tate, Joe David Tate, Beverly Tate Briggs and Freda Jane Harper; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Ketona Tate; his daughters, Andra Tate and Megan (Matt Bales); his siblings, Hugh (Ruthann Tate), Tommy (Cherly Tate), Brenda (Danny Hartline) and Phyllis (Bill Weaver); and his grandchildren, Trinity Cox, Madilynn Bales, Maverick Bales and Jake Tate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
