He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams and Odell Williams King; and his brother James Williams. He is survived by: his wife Donna Williams; his son U. S. Marine (Brian J. Williams); his brother Robert E. Williams, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Sharon Bolton.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Heritage Fellowship Church (121 N Illinois Ave, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
