It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Love Powell (Oak Ridge, Tennessee), born in Vernon, Texas, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sidney Powell. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracie Kennedy Richardson (Mike) of Oliver Springs, Stacie Cotto (Luis) of Alexandria, VA and Sarah Jane McAfee (DeAunta) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Gary Kennedy (Brandie), Nina Cotto, Dri McAfee and Robert Anderson McAfee; and her siblings, Becky Rogers (Joe) and Bill Belew (Faye).
