She is survived by: her sons, Kevin, Robert and Billy Neal; her grandchildren, Amber, Sayara and Robert Neal; her nieces and nephews, Linda (Dewayne Phillips), Karen (Elmer Dupes), Stacie Hayes, Sherri Reece, Tim Phillips and Brian (Mary Phillips); her great-nieces, Misty Phillips (Lily Griffin), Nisa Phillips, Olivia Hayes and Kaylee Frazier (Waylon); her great-nephew Nick (Tiffany Green); and her close friends, Vicky Burris and Virginia HildrethAt.
