He was predeceased by: his parents, Rulie Carroll and Ellen Carroll (Byge); and his sister Janice Lisenbee (Carroll). He is survived by: his children, Tracy Hall (Carroll) and Laura Powell (Carroll); his sister Lora Seeber (Carroll); and his brothers-in-law, Terry Lisenbee and Wilker Seeber. He is also survived by 5 beautiful grandchildren; also by loving nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, and friends.
