She was predeceased by: her parents, Conie Jenkins and Evelyn Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Dean, Jack Dean Jr., Teena Dean-Warren, Beth Dean-Pope and Daniel Dean; her husband Henry Bradley Downs; her sons, Matthew and Michael; her children-in-law, Cheryl, Stephanie, Isabella, Ernie and Kevin; and her sister Terry Oakes. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
