He is survived by: his wife Vicky Craven Scruggs; his children, Shannon Collins (Chad) and Travis; his grandson Wiley Pete Collins; his close friend Amelia Walters; his siblings, Janie Preisel (Paul) and Cliff Scruggs (Christine); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Graham (Dick). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
