He was predeceased by: his wife Freda Kinser; his parents, Hugh Kinser, Sr. and Ann Kinser; his sisters, Annette Kinser Shaver and Diann Kinser Wolfe; and his nephew Hal Harris.
He is survived by: his brother Hugh, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Jane Kinser. He is also survived by Numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
