He was predeceased by: his father Charles Allen Rouse. He is survived by: his mother Sally Rouse (Tyndall); his wife Mary Vern Blackmon-Rouse; his daughters, Kylie Elizabeth Rouse and Alexandra McKenzie Rouse; his brother Allen Rouse (Tamela); and his nephews, Benjamin Rouse and Sanford Rouse.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at 127 Sloop Point Loop Rd, Hampstead, NC 28443.
