She often would reply with handwriting notes expressing heartfelt gratitude. We exchanged many pleasantries when I would take her trash bin to and from the curb. I will remember her as a quiet lady with a refined manner. Her apartment may be empty but her memory will always occupy a warm place in my heart. My condolences to the famil”
