He was predeceased by: his parent George B. Headrick. He is survived by: his parent Leola Belle Officer Headrick of Cleveland; his sister Wanda Jean Jessie of Madison; his wife Barbara Anderson Headrick; and his children, Marcia L. Headrick (Richard R. Neel, II) of Townville, SC and William J. Headrick of Oviedo, Florida. He is also survived by Three nieces and their children and grandchildren.
