She was predeceased by: her husband James Talmadge Price; her parents, William Cecil and Carrie Shrimp Crowther; and her siblings, Caroline Crowther Miller, Cecil Crowther and James Crowther.
She is survived by: her children, James Glen Price of Norris, TN and Kathryn C. Witherow (William) of Huntsville, AL; and her grandchildren, Wendy Torres (Rafael) and William James Witherow.
