He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Allene; his children, Kathy Hall of Buena Vista, Virginia, Linda Vittetoe (Chris) of Blaine, Tennessee and Doug Ray (Diane) of Culpepper; his grandchildren, Michelle, Kelly, Karly, Marissa and Zach; and his great grandchild Deklyn.
