She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Alton Speaks; her daughter Carolyn Jean Speaks; and her parents, Walter Weaver and Desta Weaver. She is survived by: her son Dewaine Speaks; her daughter-in-law Ellen Speaks; her great grandchildren, Allison (Henry), Andrew Whitener, Laura (Speaks), Kevin Davis, Rebecca Henry and Aaron Speaks; and her cousin Betty West of Palm Harbor.
