He is survived by: his daughter Tina Phillips (Tony); his grandchildren, Rachel Green (David), Evan Weaver (Destiney) and Zachary Weaver (Dawn); and his close friend Morgan Johnson (Kristi). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, as well as his special friend, caregiver.
