She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Cate; her parents, Henry Lossen and Bonnie Long; and her siblings, Lura Jane Carden, Roy Long, Glen Long, Monroe Long and Leon Long.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elsie Kibler, Louise McNeeley (Trent), Darlene Irwin (Chris), Arlie Long (Adina) and Benny Long (Vickie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
