It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Steve Elliott of Normandy, Tennessee, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Elliott and Louise Goodwin Haynes; his former wife Nettie Carole Elliott; his daughter Joy Carole Elliott West; and his brothers, Johnny Dale Elliott and James David Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Rhone Elliott; his children, Rachel Elliott Cantrell (Tim), Nathan Andrew Hill (Linda), William Jeremy Hise and John Hise (Guadalupe); his sister Wanda DeSplinter; his grandchildren, David Cantrell (Michelle), Jessica Higdon (Wesley), Andrew Hill (Emily), Taylor Hill (Cortney), Caitlin West, Lindsey West, Abigail Creson, Christopher Hise and Jay Hise; and his great grandchildren, Gabby, Nolan, James, Charlotte, Reed, Tripp, Millie, Aida and Alex.
