James C. Hart Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James C. Hart of Normandy, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. David F. Hart and Nettie L. Kemp Hart. He is survived by: his wife Reba Martin Hart; his sons, Marty Hart (Renee) and Jim Hart (Judy); his grandchildren, Chris Hart (Elizabeth), Brian Hart (Caitie), Monica Hart, Sarah King (Clint) and Jimmy Hart; his great grandchildren, Mary Hart, Oliver, Miles Hart, Eli Ruffin, Landan Petty, Aiden, Lyla, Gilbert, Samuel and Polly King; and his brothers, David and Guy Hart.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilgore Funeral Home (215 Mitchell Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Church Cemetery (30-530 Goff Rd, Sardis, TN 38371).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cedar Grove Cemetery Fund, c/o The People's Bank, 34910 Highway 104 South, Sardis, Tennessee 38371.
