He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bell; his wife Martha Louise Bell; and his sister Brenda Bell. He is survived by: his mother Helen Branch Bell; his children, Michelle Hawkersmith (Chris), Tommy R. York, Jr. (Lori), Aaron Bell (Robin) and Bryan Bell (Laura); and his grandchildren, Matt, Alisabeth, Allison, Alyssa, Richard, Alissa and Chloe.
