He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. McHugh and Elsie Poplar McHugh; and his wife Ann McHugh. He is survived by: his children, Chip McHugh of Normandy, Dennis McHugh (Lori), David McHugh (Treva) and Cheryl Reed; and his sisters, Elsie Karl, Louise Hope and Nancy Steenbuck (Wendell). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
