He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ford and Stuart Ford; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his wife Coreen; his brothers, Dale and Thorn; his children, Amy, Josh, Kevin and Erin; and his grandchildren, Roman, Olivia, Max and Charlotte.
