He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" Neal and Betty Lou Neal. He is survived by: his wife Diane Williams; his siblings, Jimmy Neal (Anna), Charlie Neal (Cindy), Evelyn Neal and Patty Beard (Eric); his brother-in-law Mike Williams (Phyllis); and his nieces and nephews, James "Pete" Neal, C. J. Neal, Becky Neal, Matt Neal (Alicia), Ashley Beard, Alex Beard, Lindly Beard, Ashlyn Beard, Keri Nota (Craig) and Shelby Schrock (Dennis). He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews; two great great nieces.
