She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Raines and Mary Raines (Finn); her husband Frank Harbin, Sr.; her son Frank Harbin, Jr.; her siblings, Ina Wiggins, Catherine Raines, Charles Raines, Gene Raines and Roger Raines; and her great grandchild Percy Moore.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Spisak (Ken); her grandchildren, Kimberly Hartman (Patrick), Jennifer Moore (Brad), Grace Leavell (Joey) and Owen Spisak (Sabrina); her great grandchildren, Braxton Scobey, Delanie Moore, Sadie Moore and Nicholas Hartman; her siblings, Sue Robbins, Margaret Emerton, Ralph Raines and John Raines; her niece Karen Fellows; and her close friends, Margaret Olah, Sandra Peck and Leanne Rodriguez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
