With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheri Dawn Urie of Nolensville, Tennessee, born in Abilene, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Sawyer-Pitts; her grandparents, Richard Lee Sawyer, Elaine Elkins-Sawyer, Connie Motes and Dalphina Holley; and her stepmother Mika Darakshani-Motes.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Urie; her siblings, Stephanie Pitts, Addison Motes, Michael Schooley, Robert, David, Joshua and Brayden Motes; her granddaughter Leia Urie; and also Robert Motes.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rolling Hills Community Church (7198 Nolensville Rd, Nolensville, TN 37135). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
