She is survived by: her husband Johnny Goins; her children, Lorene Breeden (Gregg), Sharon Hensley (Bruce), James Smith Jr. and Russell Smith (Krista); and her brothers, Estel Green and Cecil Green (Teresa). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
