He was predeceased by: his parents, Murel Jack Cook and Danny; and his siblings, Marilyn West and Ricky Cook. He is survived by: his significant other Susie Price; his siblings, Janet Gail Galyon, Larry Cook (Vickie) and Roger Dale Cook; and his children, Joe Cook and Kim Brown (Kasey). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
