He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Billings and Lawanda Billings; and his brother Scott Billings. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Moss Billings of Niota, TN; his daughters, Nicole (Piro Siuti) and Natalie Billings of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Alexander and Evelyn Siuti of Framingham, MA.; his siblings, Victor (Lena Billings), Aaron (Ann Billings) and Amy Billings Garner of Nashville, TN.; and his siblings-in-law, Mike and Robin Moss of Niota, TN..
