She is survived by: her son Duane Martindale (Pam) of Oklahoma; her brothers, Donny Ray Morton (Diane) and Gerry Morton (Sharon); her daughter-in-law Eva Wallace of Niota; her stepson Randy Wallace (Margie) of Riceville; her children, Jenny Lynn Gates (Joe) of Wagoner, April, Scott Wallace of Niota and Kylie Carroll Decatur (Chris Morgan); and her close friends, Alma Casteel of Englewood and Sarah Steman of Sweetwater.
