He is survived by: his daughter Darlene; his son-in-law Randy Eaton of Niota; his son Danny Hyde of Niota; his grandchildren, Stefanie Lones (Jamie), Nathan Eaton (Belinda), Josh Hyde (Samantha) and Emily Stewart (Walker); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Hyde of Athens, Dorothy Hyde of Athens, Willie Bryant of Athens and Linda DeWitt (Ralph) of Athens. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
