Sparks (Niota, Tennessee), born in Pylesville, Maryland, who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Otho Duncan. She is survived by: her parent Emma Duncan (List); her husband Jesse James Sparks; her daughter Barbara Harrington of Red Lion, PA.; her children-in-law, Roger Harrington of Red Lion, PA., Robert Sparks, Phyllis Sparks of Niota, James A. and Dona Sparks of Brogue, PA.; and her great great grandchild Several. She is also survived by three sisters and a brother.
