She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Miller and Minnie Lemons Miller; and her husband Wilburn Jackson "Dub" Simpson. She is survived by: her sons, Ray (Mary Simpson) and Jerry (Pat Simpson); her siblings, Jimmy Miller of Madisonville and Pat Eaves Riggs of Athens; and her brother-in-law Joe Simpson (Linda). She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
