It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Arnwine of Niota, Tennessee, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Artimas and Nellie Dethridge (Stone). She is survived by: her husband William Gene "Billy" Arnwine Sr.; her siblings, Christine Henley, John Dethridge and Lewis Dethridge; her siblings-in-law, Bobby Arnwine (Hattie), Marshall Arnwine (Dorothy), George Arnwine Jr., Ulysses Arnwine of Rubin Lincoln, Ora Scruggs (Gene), Rena Adams, Cleo Rice, Jessie Arnwine, Essie Arnwine and Elsie Moore; her children, Gene Arnwine (Mary Sue) of Sweetwater, TN, Barbara Roberts of Niota, TN and Alvin Arnwine (Angela) of Lenoir City, TN.; her grandchildren, Alisha McLaughliln (Artez), Brandon Roberts (Amanda), Ashley Green (Quinton), Kyisha Arnwine, Jasmine Arnwine, LeBron Arnwine and Austin Arnwine (Noelia); her great grandchildren, Arlyn McLaughlin, Aleah McLaughlin, Camryn Roberts, Alexa McLaughlin, Cyenna Roberts and Abigail Arnwine; her sisters, Pauline Arnwine of Niota, TN and Eva Carney of Rockwood, TN.; her siblings-in-law, Wendall Arnwine (Margaret) of Niota, TN. and Alice Moore (Shedrick) of Gary, IN.; and her friends, Helen Howard and Thomas Billingsley Jr. A. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many many many dear friends.
