It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Fayette Perkins of Niota, Tennessee, born in Maryville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taylor and Ruth Gregory Goins; and her sister Bobbie Goins. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Perkins of Niota; her children, Mishyll Perkins of Niota, Hank Wilson Foirster of Friendsville, Darby Shane Foirster of Knoxville, James Wilson Foirster (Lori) of Sierra Blanca, TX, David Lee William Perkins of Niota and Cody Lee Perkins (Taylor) of Athens; and her brother David Goins of Nashville. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
