He is survived by: his mother Frances Standridge Rue of Niota; his children, Cerithea Eller of Nashville, Kenneth Grissom (Karen) of Cleveland, Charlie Monroe of Athens and Shane Webb of Athens; his grandchildren, Ashton, Bradley, Kalen, Elijah and Cecil; and his siblings, Tammy Chancey of Spring Hill, FL and Mike Webb (Donna) of Niota. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
