He is survived by: his wife Megan Nichole Gregg-Burlingame; his daughters, Dana Melton (Dwayne Dixon) and Annaliese Millsap (Jesse); his stepchildren, Emily Gregg, Savannah Anthoney, Logan Gregg and Ethan Brackett; his parents-in-law, Sherri Lane and Jody Gregg (Cindy); his siblings, Sandy Atherton, Judy Esser, Kay Fisher (Elwood), Debbie Fisher, Jim Burlingame and Rick Burlingame (Susan); his grandchildren, Trisha Shrock (Ty), Kelsey Daniel (Beau), Thomas Holman, Dade Burlingame, Broedy Neth, Hunter Neth, Lesley Millsap, Justice McDonald and Damien Melton; and his great grandchildren, Riley Perry, Brooklyn Perry, Weston Shrock and Mackenzie Shrock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
