He is survived by: his wife Glenna Thomas Wilhoite; his father-in-law Rev. Glen Thomas; his brother Greg Lewis (Meleia); his uncle John Butler (Sandra); and his aunt Joyce Parrelli (Pat). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
