He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill West and Bonnie Lemons West; and his brothers, Paris West (Winky) and Larry West. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cannon West of Niota; his daughter Jessica Rouse (Nick) of Niota; his granddaughter Ariana "PJ" Rouse; his stepdaughter Kristy Frank (Brent) of Athens; his granddaughter Makayla Layman; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Ryan Willoughby; his grandson Kaid Layman; his siblings, Gilbert West (Ruth) of Lenoir City, Gene West (Lennie) of Ten Mile, Bobby West (Betty) of Ten Mile, Billy West of Athens and Louise Boles of Ten Mile; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Cannon Dodd (Rick) of Ringgold, Joan Cannon Bradford of Athens and Calvin Fred Cannon (Becky) of Sugar Hill; and his close friend Larry Cook. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
