He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rathbone and Iva Lee Rathbone; and his brother Justin Rathbone. He is survived by: his fiancée Carla Brooks of Newport; and his sisters, Melanie Phillips of Hartford and Charla Rathbone (Randal Benson) of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
