He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Shepherd. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Polly Webb of Newport; his niece Lisa Sweet (David) of Corbin, Kentucky; his great-nephew Ethan Sweet (Brittany) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and his great-niece Erinn Sweet of Covington, Kentucky.
