We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 71, Wanda Louise Hartsell (Newport, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Hartsell and Elvie Hartsell; her brother Ricky William Hartsell; her great-nephew Zachary Hartell; and her stepson Christopher Webb.

She is survived by: her daughter Angelina Messer; her stepdaughter Becky Massey (Doug); her grandchildren, Layla Rayne Vayo, Wesley Robertsen, Samuel Webb, Joshua Webb (Kayla) and James Webb; her great grandchild Jiraiya Webb; her siblings, Charlene Shelton and Kenneth Hartsell; her nieces and nephews, Ricky William Hartsell, Selena Basinger (Rusty), Angelia Markley Boivin, Jennifer Frazier, Justin Hartsell (Becca) and Jacob Hartsell (Heather); and her close friend Carolyn Ramsey (Cookie).
