She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Lee Overholt Sr.; her stepdaughter Carless Keller; her parents, Rev. Fred R. Holt and Dorothy E. Holt; her brother Timmy Holt; her stepgrandson Travis Overholt; her stepdaughter-in-law Ruth Overholt; and her sister Linda Cook.
She is survived by: her son Carl Lee Overholt Jr. (Montea Pickett); her grandson Heath Pickett; her stepsons, Sanford Overholt (Glenda), Darrell Overholt and Jimmy Overholt (Marlenia); and her siblings, Barbara Weems, Golda Campbell, Kathy Bragg, Lois Rickard, Darlene Carter, Freddy Holt and Donald Holt. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
